Manager - Warehouse and Distribution Section, Parts Department

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and monitor 3PL warehouse and distribution operations to ensure service performance and SLA compliance.
-Drive on-time delivery, order fulfilment accuracy, and improvements in delivery lead time to enhance customer/dealer satisfaction.
-Review warehouse & distribution processes to optimize operating cost while meeting customer expectations.
-Prepare and present regular performance reports, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
-Benchmark against industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives (process, productivity, quality).
-Leverage technology/tools (e.g., automation/RPA where relevant) to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
-Promote compliance culture: ensure team participation in compliance training and address non-compliance risks.
-Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners (dealers/stockists, vendors, principals).

Requirements

Education
-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in warehouse and distribution / logistics operations (experience in distributor/franchise environment is an advantage).

-Strong execution discipline (PDCA mindset), time management, and ability to drive improvements across operations.
-Comfortable managing vendor/partner performance, service KPIs, and operations reporting.
