Product Specialist (Sales Executive)

What you'll be doing
-Actively engage with potential customers, including surgeons, nurses and purchasers, to identify their needs and requirements
-Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products, ensuring customers understand how they can improve clinical outcomes
-Handle customer queries efficiently to secure new business opportunities
-Work together closely with colleagues to develop compelling sales and marketing activities
-Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
-Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends
-Support, implement after-sales service activities for new product installations

What we're looking for
-Proven track record in medical devices sales, preferably within the surgical supplies and healthcare industry
-Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and articulate the features and benefits of our products
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with customers
-Problem-solving mindset and the creativity to develop innovative sales strategies
-Degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline
-Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
