Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
-Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives
-Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
-Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
-Oversee payroll processes, compensation & benefits administration
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation

2. Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection
-Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills
-Implement performance appraisal systems and succession planning

3. Administration Management
-Oversee office administration, facilities management, and company assets
-Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and general administrative services
-Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance

4. Compliance & RBA
-Ensure company compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct
-Implement and monitor policies related to labor, ethics, health & safety, and environmental standards
-Conduct internal audits and support external RBA audits
-Manage corrective action plans (CAP) and continuous improvement initiatives
-Ensure no forced labor, child labor, or discrimination practices within the organization
-Promote ethical business practices and employee awareness on RBA standards

5. Policy & Governance
-Develop and enforce company policies and employee handbook
-Ensure compliance with company regulations and government requirements
-Support audit processes and maintain proper documentation

6. Leadership & Reporting
-Lead and supervise HR & Admin team
-Provide strategic HR advice to management
-Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce planning insights

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in managerial role
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
-Chinese proficiency will be advantage (spoken and written) to liaise with China HQ
-Knowledge and experience in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance and audit processes
-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
