Production Line Leader

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets, schedules, and KPIs
-Support line setup, equipment preparation, and basic troubleshooting during production runs
-Guide and support operators to follow GMP, Quality, OH&S, and safety procedures
-Records daily out-put of raw material & finished goods into warehouse
-Monitor production performance and escalate issues to supervisor when required
-Ensure accurate completion of production, quality, and traceability records
-Support training and onboarding of new operators on the production line
-Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment (5S)

Required:
-Minimum Diploma Holder in any related field of study.
-Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing & production operations
-Familiar with SOPs, work instructions, and production processes
-Basic understanding of quality, safety, and compliance requirements
-Working in a friendly manner with Foreign Employees
