Contact customers 联系客户介绍银行产品
Follow scripts 按照流程进行沟通
Provide good service 提供专业客户服务
Achieve targets 完成基本KPI
Requirements 要求
SPM/Diploma/Degree holder.
Able to speak/read/write Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients 中文流利（必须）
Basic English 基本英文沟通
Comfortable with calls 能接受电话工作
