Solution Architect (Cloud)

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements through technical discussions, requirement analysis, and IT environment assessments. Design cloud architecture solutions based on customer environments, covering IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, across platforms such as AWS, Tencent Cloud, and GCP.

Prepare solution proposals, architecture design documents, RFP/tender responses, migration plans, and cost estimations. Conduct pre-sales activities including cloud product presentations, architecture consulting, PoC demonstrations, demo environment setup, and integration testing.

Develop migration strategies for traditional on-premises environments moving to the cloud, including migration assessments, migration roadmaps, and application modernization recommendations. Work with delivery teams to ensure successful migration implementation.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using cloud services and assist in resolving architecture or product-related issues.

Contribute to the development of industry solutions and best practices, including architecture templates and standardized documentation in areas such as Hybrid Cloud, Cloud-Native Architecture, and AI/LLM solutions.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant working experience.

Familiar with the product ecosystem of at least one major public cloud provider, such as AWS, Tencent Cloud, or GCP.

Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to independently conduct technical presentations and pre-sales engagements.

Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Tencent Cloud partners/resellers is preferred.

Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Tencent Cloud TCA/TCP, or GCP certifications, or AI-related certifications, are a plus.



工作内容：

1. 与销售协同参与客户需求挖掘，进行技术访谈、需求分析和现状评估。 根据客户 IT 环境，设计涵盖 IaaS、PaaS、SaaS等方向的云上架构方案，包括AWS、腾讯、GCP 等

2. 编写整体方案、技术架构文档、投标文档、迁移方案、成本测算等材料。 为客户提供云产品讲解、架构咨询、PoC 演示、Demo 搭建、产品对接测试等售前活动。

3. 针对传统架构上云需求，制定迁移路径、迁移评估、应用改造建议，并协助交付团队完成迁移落地。

4. 解决客户使用云产品过程中遇到的问题。

5. 参与行业解决方案沉淀，包括混合云、云原生、AI 大模型等方向的最佳实践、架构模板、标准化文档。



任职要求：

1. 计算机、通信、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历,三年以上工作经验。

2. 熟悉至少一家主流公有云（腾讯云、AWS、GCP）产品体系。

3. 具备良好的文档编写、沟通表达、方案呈现能力，能够独立进行售前展示。 具备分析与解决复杂问题的能力，能够在压力下推进项目。

4. 拥有 AWS、GCP、腾讯云代理商工作经验优先。

5. 拥有云厂商认证（TCA/TCP/AWS SA 等）或 AI 相关认证者优先。
