Sales Coordinator

Join our team at RFS Hydraulics Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Chuan Kok Hardware Pte Ltd. We are currently hiring for positions based at our office in UOA Bangsar.

Job Description:

Provide clients with accurate quotation via email for their respective product requirements.

Handle email inquiries.

Assisting sales by processing sales order and monitoring the process from end to end.

Handling client enquiries by providing them with reliable advice and solutions.

Ensure high level of customer experience through excellent sales and after sales support.

Building and maintaining quality relationships with clients.

Record, generate and analyze monthly sales reports to ensure accurate data.

Job Requirements:

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

At least Diploma in Business, Entrepreneurship or any related fields.

Client oriented mindset with outspoken and friendly personality.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to converse confidently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
