Vuly Play is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our satellite team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving the success of our performance marketing strategies through data-driven optimisation and innovative campaign management.You will work closely with our global marketing team to execute regional strategies that scale our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Design, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and more in multiple regions.
Brand Integrity & Awareness:
Drive brand growth by balancing high-conversion tactics with upper-funnel awareness campaigns, ensuring that every performance touchpoint reinforces the company’s identity and long-term value.
Optimization & Scaling:
Continually monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, Impr. Share and conversion rates.
A/B Testing:
Develop and implement rigorous testing frameworks for ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve funnel efficiency.
Budget Management:
Manage monthly advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to achieve growth targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Create and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and "so-what" analysis to stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with our global Digital Marketing team to ensure ads efficiency and with the Design team to brief high-performing creatives.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and GTM.
LLM Knowledge: Understanding of LLM-based search and strategies for optimizing content for AI-driven platforms.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Adaptability: Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in performance marketing space.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex data in a simple, digestible format.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the e-commerce or DTC industry.
Tool-Stack: Experience with advanced tools like SEMrush, BI tools (Looker, PowerBI) is highly desirable
Creative Intuition: A basic understanding of UX/UI principles and what makes an ad "scroll-stopping."
