HR EXECUTIVE

What you'll be doing
-Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
-Coordinate and administer payroll, compensation and employee benefits
-Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
-Assist with the planning and execution of employee training and development initiatives
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and enhance employee engagement
-Maintain accurate, and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR Executive or HR Generalist role
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
-Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
