Job Descriptions:

Execute the full life cycle of recruitment that will include developing specific strategies, direct sourcing and candidate interviewing

Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.

Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate

Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on HR information system

Work closely with various leaders to meet recruitment needs.

Job Requirements:

Have prior experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting capacity

Able to manage clear communications and collaborative in nature

Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
