Account Assistants

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet

Prepare journal entries and audit adjustments

Assist in day-to-day finance activities such as data entry, preparing sales invoices, delivery orders, banking, operations, and account filing

Support other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related fields

2–5 years of experience in accounting with ability to handle full set accounts

Responsible, meticulous, accuracy-oriented, committed, and independent

Computer literate, MS Office; knowledge of AutoCount software is a plus

Able to communicate in Chinese and English .Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage. (required for stakeholder communication)
