Software Engineer (Kotlin/AOSP/JAVA)

Location: Hybrid： Bandar Kinara （near LRT）/Work from home

Salary : RM 6000-RM 10,000+ (Depends on qualifications, experience and coding skill)

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java, Kotlin, and AOSP frameworks.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the codebase

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

What we're looking for

Implementation of product requirements in a software system based on one or more technologies or products.

Development and consultation of the customer on the requirement of the product.

Conception and design of system architecture and software components based on customer requirements (product visions).

Independent and self-responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments. (Test automation/ CI/CD / Blackduck).

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as part of a software development project.

You build it – you test it - you run it.

Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong background in Java, Kotlin, and AOSP

Specific Technical Skill

Knowledge in Golang or Java and Kotlin(Mobile/Micronaut)

Added advantage: Spring Boot , Android Automotive Operating System (AAOS) or Android Open Source Project (AOSP), Android Jetpack Compose
