M&E Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

MEP project management, including coordination with other trades, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Review of project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures.

Manage all M&E schedules, budgets, and estimates.

Coordination all MEP resources, both internally and externally.

Develop Mechanical and Electrical plan.

Identification and resolve the project issues and risks.

Management of change orders and contract modifications.

Preparation of progress reports and status updates.

Conducting of project meetings and site visits.

Quality assurance/quality control of MEP systems.

Commissioning of MEP systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

At least 3+ years experience in MEP project management.

Proven track record of successful project delivery.

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft software.

Able to station in Johor Bahru.

Working Hours:

8.30 am -5.30 pm (Mon- Sat)
