Procurement Manager

1. Procurement & Sourcing
Manage end-to-end procurement for both direct and indirect materials.
Identify, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers, products, and services.
Negotiate contracts to secure the most cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality.

2. Compliance & Quality Management
Ensure all direct materials comply with Mattel’s Quality Management System (QMS), including HE & Phthalates testing requirements.
Ensure Bill of Substance (BOS) documentation is completed and uploaded into the Chemical Management Database (CMD) platform.

3. Indirect Procurement Management
Oversee procurement of tangible goods, services, assets, and project-based contracts for both local and overseas vendors.
Monitor, review, and ensure all purchases are executed within approved timelines and budgets.

4. Supplier & Contract Management
Identify and develop potential supplier sources and conduct vendor evaluations.
Negotiate favorable supplier agreements and manage supplier relationships.
Review contract drafting, manage bidding processes, and award contracts to competent suppliers.
Oversee supplier performance throughout the procurement lifecycle.

5. Governance, Risk & Sustainability
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Address sustainability considerations and manage procurement-related risks.
