Job Description

Job Scope (Service Crew / Barista)
• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers
• Take orders and recommend menu items confidently (upselling encouraged)
• Prepare beverages (coffee, tea, and basic drinks) according to standards
• Handle cashiering and order processing
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service area
• Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen
• Create a positive and welcoming dining experience for every customer
• Be proactive in engaging customers and driving sales
