Procurement Specialist (Building & Investment)

Handling the Commercial commitment for B&I projects : tendering/bidding, negotiation, cost benchmark analysis, awarding, handling change request.

Manage to meet project requirements for following aspects: Compliance/ On time/ within budget/ reasonable & competitive

Project purchasing related Master Data input, monitoring, digitalization, and reporting

Correct master data maintenance and supporting documents organizing for day-to-day needs.

Buy to pay trouble shooting and problem solving : PO management , execution risk problem solving, escalation and issues coordination.

Tendering set up & optimization activities.

Leading mutiple communication and coordination.

DPI/KPI managment and reporting and monthly/ weekly statistic output and failure indicator following up.
