Customer Focused Senior Manager

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Leads a significant Customer Focused team within a site. Has overall business responsibility for the execution of the business of a customer or group of customers.

The CFT direct reports will include program management and some if not all of SCM (planning and purchasing), engineering, quality and manufacturing operations.

Any functions not reporting directly will be managed in a matrix management structure.

Ensures the CFT generates value for the customer from their business with CLS, and seeks to develop customer loyalty.

Works as a member of team responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure that product deliveries are on time and that projects/programs are on schedule/develop action plans.

Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing NPI projects within established professional standards, established policy, and/or established objectives.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Delegate project tasks to project team member; coordination & documentation.

Track project performance accordingly to the respective phase gates, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Understand technical risk and able to push technical envelope whenever possible to design packaging solution that is processable, optimizing quality vs cost and cycle time.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects via effectiveness communication skill

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
