Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or
related field
Minimum 1–3 years working experience in sales
support, sales admin, or operations
Experience in B2B, FMCG, food supply, or
distribution is an advantage
Comfortable handling orders, coordination, and
documentation
Able to multitask and work with different
departments

Key Responsibilities
Process and coordinate customer orders
accurately
Liaise with warehouse, delivery, and accounts for
smooth order fulfillment
Support customer inquiries and order follow-ups
Maintain sales records, order tracking, and basic
reports
Assist in sales coordination, promotions, and
admin support
Ensure smooth sales-to-delivery execution
