Job Description

Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters.

Conduct onboarding and ensure all pre-employment requirements are complete.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare manpower/recruitment reports.

Build relationships with universities, employment agencies, and candidates for talent pipeline.

Support HR policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Coordinate intern placements and company participation in career fairs.
