Key Responsibilities:
Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Architect Lead to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong design expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Design Management
Lead architectural and interior design projects from initial concept to final completion
Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and specifications
Ensure all designs meet quality, regulatory, and client requirementsL
Project Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and guide junior architects and designers
Provide direction and support to ensure team performance and growth
Client & Stakeholder Management
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and expectations
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations
Propose creative and practical design solutions

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in architecture or interior design
Experience in project lead or senior architect role is preferred
Language
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
English proficiency is an added advantage
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction standards
Core Competencies

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
