Key Responsibilities:
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing strategic clients. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account retention, and identifying opportunities to expand business through upselling and cross-selling solutions.The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and experienced in software solution sales, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
2. Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Support recurring sales and account renewal targets
Negotiate contract renewals, pricing, and service agreements
Drive account retention and revenue growth
3. Client Support & Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Marketing
Ensure smooth delivery of solutions, implementation, and support
Coordinate solution design, installation, training, and ongoing service support
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Account Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor account performance and client satisfaction levels
Prepare regular reports on account status, renewals, and client feedback
Provide insights and recommendations to improve client experience and retention
Track and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following core competencies:
1. Educational & Professional Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in software solution sales or account management
Proven track record in achieving recurring sales or account growth targets
2. Technical & Industry Knowledge
Experience in software solutions, SaaS, or technology-related sales
Knowledge of cloud platforms, AI solutions, computer vision, or eKYC technologies is an added advantage
Understanding of solution implementation and technical service delivery processes
3. Core Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Customer-centric mindset with focus on client satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
4. Language Requirement
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Additional languages are an added advantage
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
