⭐ What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information to help customers find the perfect products for their needs.

Actively engage with customers and promote products to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Min. SPM / Diploma

Graduates are welcome to apply

Added advantage for 1–2 years sales/retail experience (mobile industry is a bonus)

Understand spoken and written English & BM, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellence verbal communication skills

Friendly and engaging personality
