Skop Kerja: Sales Admin
Sebagai Sales Admin, pekerja bertanggungjawab untuk menguruskan pesanan pelanggan, menyemak stok, menyediakan invois dan dokumen jualan. Pekerja juga akan menyokong pasukan jualan melalui penyediaan laporan jualan, berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan secara profesional, serta memastikan koordinasi dengan jabatan lain seperti gudang, penghantaran dan kewangan berjalan lancar. Tugasan pentadbiran lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia atau pengurusan turut termasuk dalam skop kerja ini.
