IT APPLICATION ANALYST (SAP)

To support SAP applications, unit testing and support users

Participate in SAP user requirement study, assist in preparation of requirement specificafion in accordance of user's need.

Participating in the change request management process to field, document and communication resposes feedback

Assist in implementation of projects and enhancement

To analyze problems. dignose it, find its root cause and provide solutions

Verify design documents, execute testing for new functionality and detect defect fixes

Provide clarifications on system requirements and design for integrating-applicaiton teams

Work together with other IT Support team

Others job as and when assigned by the superior and the management
