Warehouse Supervisor

To ensure the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse.

Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.

Managing and supervising warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and timely.

Implementing and enforcing safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Coordinating with suppliers and transport companies for incoming and outgoing shipments. Managing delivery schedules and resolving any logistical issues.

Ensuring the warehouse is organized and clean. Implementing efficient storage solutions and optimizing space usage.

Preparing regular reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, shipment statuses, and staff performance.

Addressing any issues that arise in the warehouse operations, such as discrepancies in inventory, delays in shipping, or equipment malfunctions.

Monitoring and controlling warehouse expenses, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and utility costs.

Knowledge in FIFO concept, visual management and 5S etc.

Conduct monthly inventory activities.

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
