Homestay Maintenance & Driver Manager

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Homestay Maintenance & Driver Manager to oversee the daily maintenance operations and transportation coordination across our homestay units. This role is responsible for ensuring all properties are well-maintained, operational issues are resolved promptly, and logistics for staff and supplies run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage both technical maintenance and team coordination efficiently.

Jobscope

1. Maintenance Management

• Oversee and coordinate all repair and maintenance works across homestay units

• Schedule and supervise contractors for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repairs

• Handle urgent maintenance issues reported by guests or internal teams

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns

• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, and costs

2. Inventory & Supplies Management

• Monitor stock levels of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies

• Coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment

3. Reporting & Communication

• Report major repair, safety, or operational issues to the Property Management Director

• Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with relevant departments

4. Driver & Logistics Management

• Manage daily transportation arrangements for cleaning staff between units

• Plan efficient routes for delivery, collection, and operational needs

• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle maintenance

5. Coordination & Operational Support

• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Respond promptly to urgent transport or maintenance requests

• Provide regular updates on performance, issues, and improvements
