E-commerce Marketing Specialist

任职资格

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or
Degree in any field or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant
experience is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms and
digital marketing is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Good communication skills in English and/or
Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced
environment

Process and manage customer orders, returns,
and disputes across e-commerce platforms to
ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Monitor platform performance and prepare
monthly reports on sales and operational metrics.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms,
including product listings, pricing, promotions,
stock availability, and overall user experience.
Plan and execute e-commerce marketing
strategies to increase website traffic, drive online
sales, and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to
ensure alignment between online and offline
campaigns and activities.
