Senior Manager, M&E

Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of maintenance and engineering department in the shopping Mall.

· Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of the shopping mall infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.

· Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programmes.

· Ensure all building maintenance and equipment are in compliance to all statutory requirements.

· Plan and manage the budgetary estimation for building maintenance expenditure to determine future programmes.

· Coordinate the construction projects and administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.

· Liaise with relevant government departments in relations to operations of the building.



Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical and Engineering or in a discipline related to facility operations and maintenance.

· A minimum 8 years of supervisory experience in building management and maintenance in property, shopping mall and retail environment is essential.

· Resourceful and experience in all aspects of building maintenance, including Electrical System, HVAC System, Fire Service System, Building Automation System, Plumbing and Sanitary System.

· Knowledge of building maintenance regulations is required.

· Good organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
