Job Description
持有会计学、金融学或相关领域的学士学位。
具备3-5年会计或财务相关工作经验,有制造业经验者优先。
熟悉至少一种主流会计软件
具备SQL基础知识,能够进行基本的数据查询和分析。
能够流利使用英语、中文(普通话)和马来语进行沟通(书面和口头)。
具备良好的分析能力、解决问题的能力和注重细节。
能够独立工作并有效管理多个任务,同时遵守截止日期。
岗位职责
协助处理日常会计账目,包括但不限于应付账款、应收账款和总账的记录与核对。
参与银行对账单的核对工作,确保账实相符,并及时处理差异。
协助准备月度、季度和年度财务报表的初步数据整理和报告io
支持税务申报工作,包括收集和整理相关财务数据,协助完成税务表格的填写。
协助进行库存盘点和固定资产的核对,确保资产记录的准确性。
维护和更新会计档案,确保所有财务记录的完整性和有序性Eo
协助处理与供应商和客户的账务沟通,解决初步的账务查询和问题。
使用公司指定的会计系统(如SQL相关系统)录入和查询数据,确保数据输入的准确性。
根据需要,协助完成其他部门的财务相关支持工作。
