任职资格
负责处理现金、信用卡和支票等各种支付方式,确保交易准确无证吴。
热情友好地迎接顾客,提供卓越的客户服务,解答顾客疑问并协助解决问题。
熟练操作收银机和POS系统,准确扫描商品,输入价格并处理促销活动。
保持收银区域的整洁和有序,确保商品陈列整齐,并及时补充库存子。
协助进行库存盘点和商品管理,确保库存数据的准确性。
遵守公司政策和程序,包括安全规定和防损措施。
能够有效沟通,流利使用英语和马来语与顾客和同事交流。
具备基本的数学能力,能够快速准确地进行计算。
岗位职责

准确扫描商品,输入价格,并确保所有交易都得到正确处理١١
熟练操作收银机和POS系统,处理退货、换货和礼品卡。
维护收银区域的整洁和有序,包括补充收银纸卷和清洁设备To
解答顾客关于价格、促销和付款方式的疑问。
与顾客保持友好和专业的互动,提供优质的客户服务。
协助管理库存,包括接收商品、盘点和报告库存差异。
确保收银机内的现金准确无误,并按规定进行现金盘点和存款。
遵守公司关于安全、防损和客户隐私的政策和程序。
在需要时协助其他部门的同事,以确保店铺的顺利运营。
