Human Resource Executive

Develop and implement HR strategies and
initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy of the 300-employee organization.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the employee
lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding,
performance management, employee relations,
and offboarding.
Lead the talent acquisition process, from sourcing
and interviewing to offer negotiation and
background checks, ensuring the attraction of top
talent.
Administer and manage compensation and
benefits programs, including salary structures,
health insurance, retirement plans, and other
employee perks.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and
regulations, maintaining accurate employee
records and HR documentation.
Develop and implement performance
management systems, including goal setting,
performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
to foster employee development and productivity.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness in salary payments and statutory
contributions.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee
relations issues, providing guidance and resolution
to conflicts and grievances.
