Treatment Coodinator (Dental Aesthetic Clinic)

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Education

- Explain treatment plans clearly (clear aligners, implants, veneers, whitening, etc.).

- Provide product knowledge on dental care items (oral hygiene aids, whitening kits).

- Use visual aids (before/after photos, brochures, digital simulations).



Upselling & Conversion

- Identify opportunities to recommend aesthetic treatments aligned with patient needs.

- Present financing options and packages to increase case acceptance.

- Track conversion rates from consultation to treatment acceptance.



Patient Retention

- Follow up with patients post-treatment (calls, messages, check-ins).

- Promote loyalty programs, recall visits, and maintenance treatments.

- Ensure patients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.



Operational Support

- Coordinate with dentists and nurses to ensure smooth treatment flow.

- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.

- Assist in scheduling, payment processing, and treatment plan documentation.
