We’re Hiring: Education Sales & Marketing Executive

Join Catalyst Education and play a key role in connecting students and parents with the right learning opportunities.



Your Role

Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, or walk-ins.

Promote and explain the benefits of Catalyst Education’s tuition and daycare services to potential customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns and events.

Assist in administrative tasks related to student enrollment and record management.

📍 Setia Alam, Shah Alam

📍 Pandamaran, Klang

📍 Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

What We’re Looking For

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/UEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field



Job Skills Required

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients).

Passionate about education

Results-driven, positive, and able to work well under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools is an added advantage.


The mandatory requirements are as follows:

Fluent in Mandarin.

Resides in Klang, Setia Alam, or nearby areas.

Willing and ready to work full-time.
