ICT Officer

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s ICT policies, procedures (P&P), and standard operating procedures (SOP).

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Firewall, Domain Controller, and Active Directory.

- Install, configure, and support network systems, including routers, switches, and overall network infrastructure.

- Administer and maintain software systems, file servers, and NAS servers.

- Plan and execute data backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and security.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users’ hardware, software, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers).

- Maintain proper documentation and manage ICT asset inventory.

Requirements

- Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and printer installation and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of Firewall, Domain Controller (DC), and Active Directory (AD) will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with network systems, hardware, and configuration is preferred.

- Willing to learn with a positive attitude.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, including handling urgent matters.
