Site Supervisor (Acoustic Panels / Interior Fit-Out)

Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate acoustic panel / ceiling installation teams and subcontractors

Check work against drawings, specs and standards by carry out regular quality inspections

Enforce site safety rules; conduct toolbox talks and report / investigate incidents

Plan daily / weekly work schedules as well as coordinate deliveries, storage and material usage

Solve on‑site issues (defects, clashes, design conflicts) to avoid delays

Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers and clients on progress and issues

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and basic documentation

Lead, train and motivate site workers to achieve productivity and quality targets



Requirements
Experience as Site Supervisor / Foreman in construction or interior fit‑out (ceiling, partition, wall panels, carpentry etc.). Acoustic / ceiling installation experience is an advantage

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site safety regulations

Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications

Good leadership, team management and interpersonal skills

Problem‑solving, attention to detail, clear communication and good time management

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field. Relevant safety / site supervisor certification / CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is an added advantage

Fit to work on‑site (indoors and outdoors) and perform basic physical tasks when needed
