Telemarketing & Client Success

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to advise clients on suitable business training, courses, and development programs.

Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to build long-term relationships and drive repeat sales.

Manage and grow your own client portfolio using CRM systems.

Achieve monthly sales targets with attractive incentives and commission schemes.

Identify new business opportunities and propose creative tele-sales strategies.

Business Education & Consultancy Support

Understand program modules (leadership, marketing, finance, business strategy, etc.)

Explain training outcomes clearly to clients.

Support consultants in preparing proposals for corporate clients.

Marketing & Campaign Collaboration

Support sales follow-ups from digital marketing campaigns, events, and online enquiries

Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials (brochures, social media packs, event kits).

Conduct competitor research and gather market insights.

Requirement

1–2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, consulting, customer service, or education advisory roles

Strong phone communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Candidates proficient in Chinese are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Able to multitask, stay organised and work independently.

Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
