About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking Business Development at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company’s market presence.



What you'll be doing

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and proactive outreach

通过市场调研与主动拓展，识别并开发新的业务机会

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners

建立并维护与潜在客户及战略合作伙伴的长期关系

Explore and evaluate new markets, channels, and collaboration opportunities

探索并评估新的市场、渠道及合作机会

Initiate and manage outreach to prospects, generating high-quality leads

主动触达潜在客户，开发并获取高质量销售线索

Convert opportunities into tangible business results

将潜在机会有效转化为实际业务成果

Track, manage, and report on business development activities and pipeline performance

跟进、管理并汇报业务拓展进展及销售管道表现



What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

拥有商业、市场营销或相关专业的大专或以上学历

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in the IT industry or a related field

具备至少5年业务拓展经验，其中至少3年来自 IT 行业或相关领域

Proven track record in new business development and driving revenue growth, preferably within the IT or related industry

具备新业务开发及营收增长的成功经验，有 IT 或相关行业经验者优先

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

优秀的人脉拓展及客户关系建立能力

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders

出色的沟通与表达能力，能够有效影响及说服不同层级的相关方

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and address client or partner needs

具备良好的分析与问题解决能力，能够准确识别并满足客户或合作伙伴需求

Familiarity with CRM systems and business development reporting tools

熟悉 CRM 系统及业务拓展相关的数据管理与报告工具
