Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, principals, and key clients

Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and industry engagement

Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback

Generate accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience (preferably in ICT / technology industry)

Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and distribution channels

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience using CRM systems is an added advantage

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
