Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage strategic relationships with large enterprise customers, colocation operators, and hyperscale data center clients.

Develop and execute detailed account plans to drive revenue growth and solution adoption across multiple product lines.

Collaborate closely with internal solution engineering, marketing, and project delivery teams to propose end-to-end data center infrastructure solutions.

Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Coordinate with channel partners, consultants, system integrators, and contractors to influence specifications and secure project wins.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting to management.

Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract closure activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within infrastructure, IT, electrical, or data center-related domains.

Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, complex deal management, and key account practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
