Project Engineer (BMS/ HVAC)- Subang Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee BMS projects from planning, installation, testing, and commissioning through to completion.

Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality in accordance with project management best practices.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions clearly to stakeholders and clients.

Adapt project plans to changing priorities and site conditions while maintaining delivery targets.



Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of BMS project management experience in new building and/or retrofit projects.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

CIDB certification is mandatory.

Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within building environments.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
