Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

Supervise and coordinate daily digital printing machine operations.

Ensure production schedules are met according to job orders and deadlines.

Monitor machine performance and productivity to achieve output targets.

Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and job changeovers.

Machine Maintenance

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of digital printing machines.

Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance technicians when necessary.

Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Quality Control

Monitor print quality to ensure it meets company and customer standards.

Conduct regular checks on color accuracy, alignment, and finishing quality.

Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.

Team Supervision

Supervise and guide digital machine operators and production assistants.

Provide training and coaching on machine operations and safety procedures.

Ensure staff follow SOPs and company policies.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all staff adhere to workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Maintain a clean and safe production environment.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational procedures.

Reporting

Prepare daily production reports and machine performance reports.

Report operational issues, machine breakdowns, or production delays to management.

Assist in production planning and workflow improvements.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Certificate in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital printing operations.

At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
