Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
-Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
-Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Provide product information and guidance to customers
-Coordinate with internal teams (sales, retail, operations) to resolve customer issues
-Support retail operations during peak periods when necessary
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
