Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience to gather business requirements, work closely with users, support system enhancements, and lead UAT activities.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of working experience
• Experience in Business Analysis, UAT, and requirement gathering
• Front-end, Figma, and system integration experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in the Life Insurance industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of Life Administration, Actuarial, Agency Administration, or Finance is a plus
• Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Insurance Studies, or related fields

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Review business scenarios and test scripts
• Lead UAT and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT)
• Work closely with business users and project teams
• Support system enhancements and new product launches
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time
