Job Description

Administer salary and staff movement processes to ensure internal equity and workforce balance.

Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS/database accurately and timely.

Review, revise, and enhance compensation & benefits programs, HR policies, and procedures.

Manage employee benefits administration and reward schemes.

Conduct market benchmarking on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.

Administer expa triates management matters, including related HR coordination.

Serve as a key point of reference for HR policies, procedures, and HR systems.

Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for senior management and shareholders.

Provide compensation & benefits and HRMS support to plants and other entities within the Group.



Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines with CGPA 3.0 and above.

Only candidates who are WILLING TO WORK FULLY IN OFFICE and be based at BOTH SHAH ALAM and MID VALLEY KL are encouraged to apply.

Stable career history preferred; candidates with frequent job changes (job-hopping) will NOT be shortlisted.

Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment.

Passionate about Human Resources and keen to grow within the HR field.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
