Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Requirements
• Education : SPM above
• At least 6 months Customer Service working experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (able to speak/read/write)
• Supporting customer service job (Inbound calls, email, live chat)
• Able to work rotation shift
Responsibilities
• Deliver service to customers according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand customer needs by asking questions and using available tools to provide the right solution.
• Listen carefully, show empathy, and build a positive relationship with customers.
• Greet customers politely and professionally while following company procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of products or services and offer additional options when suitable.
• Record customer interactions accurately and use available resources or senior staff to help resolve inquiries.
