Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location:
G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
(Near Ampang Park LRT Station)

Salary Package:
• Up to RM4,000 per month
(Inclusive of Language Allowance)

Start Date:
• 26 June 2026

Working Schedule:
• Rotational Shift
• 5 Working Days per Week
• 2 Off Days

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries through email, live chat, and phone support channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer requests
• Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining service quality standards
• Support customer communication for assigned regional market operations
• Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions within internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues promptly

Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent and above
• Role involves daily communication support for Mandarin-speaking customer markets
• Ability to manage written communication involving Traditional Chinese content for assigned market support
• Good English communication skills required for internal and customer interactions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Comfortable working rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work onsite at G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
