Job Description

-负责公司电商平台及线上商城的日常营运。
-维护产品资料，包括商品上架、价格、图片及库存管理。
-执行线上促销活动、新品上市及营销计划。
-监控销售表现，并整理及分析销售报告。
-与仓库、客服及相关部门协调，确保订单顺利处理与发货。
-协助处理客户问题，提升客户购物体验。
-配合市场营销团队，提升品牌曝光率及线上销售表现。
-关注竞争对手、市场趋势及产品价格变化。
-确保各电商平台符合平台政策及维持店铺表现。
-与电商平台负责人及外部合作伙伴保持沟通。
-提出优化营运流程及提升销售表现的建议。
-完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
