E-hailing - Customer Service Executive

Must have SPM or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin is a must (speaking, reading and writing).
Proficiency in English language is an advantage.
Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
Willing to travel to office daily.

岗位职责
Manage calls, chats, and emails addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback for
ride bookings, drivers and app issues.
Provide accurate product/service information and exceed customer expectations.
Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Mandarin.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, highvolume environment.
Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.
