4. Supervise foreign workers' attendance, discipline, and performance.
5. Arrange manpower according to production needs.
6. Coordinate worker accommodation, welfare, and permit-related matters with HR.
7. Handle worker issues and disciplinary cases when necessary.
8. Ensure factory cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
