We are looking for a capable, strategic, and hands-on Financial Controller to join our leadership team and grow together with the company.

This is more than a finance role — we are seeking someone who can help build a stronger financial foundation, improve internal controls, support business expansion, and prepare the company for the next level.


Key Responsibilities

1.Financial Management & Reporting
-Lead full-spectrum finance and accounting functions
-Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and cash flow reports
-Ensure accurate and timely financial closing
-Monitor company profitability, costing, and financial performance

2.Internal Control & Compliance
-Strengthen internal control systems and SOP
-Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, tax, and financial regulations
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers
-Improve financial governance and reporting standards

3. Strategic & Business Planning
-Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
-Participate in expansion planning, investment analysis, and business decision-making
-Build scalable finance systems suitable for company growth and future listing preparation

4. Payroll & Operational Finance Oversight
-Monitor payroll structure, commission schemes, and operational costing
-Ensure proper financial controls across branches and departments
-Review business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and profitability

5. Leadership
-Lead and develop the finance team
-Work closely with directors and HODs to support business operations and growth

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-Professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA is an added advantage
-Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance/accounting leadership role
-Strong knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and internal control
-Experience in retail, chain store, beauty, or service industry is an added advantage
-Experience in business expansion, corporate structuring, or IPO/listing preparation is a strong advantage
-Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-Hands-on, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Able to maintain confidentiality and high professional integrity
